(NOTE) Deposit is NON REFUNDABLE unless our vet finds a health issue with the puppy at the time of check up .If a health issue has been found by our vet , You will then be given the { choice } of another puppy {if } any are available or a refund of what has been paid .
Forms of Payment : The ONLY time we except Personal Checks is FOR THE DEPOSIT !! For The Balance We accept Cash,US Postal Money Orders,Western Union,or Bank to Bank wire Transfers and PayPal ( NOTE … You must !! add 3% when using PayPal )
Note :Within ( 3 ) Business days of receiving your puppy ,(You the Buyer) Has the right to have your puppy examined BY A LICENSED VETERINARIAN (At buyers expense) If The Veterinarian finds the puppy in ill health (cause of which is Attributed to the seller ) The seller must be notified . Seller requires a written statement from your vet before action will be taken.
Seller will have the puppy re examined by Seller’s Vet and If verification is obtained that the puppy is in life threatening health the Seller will then offer a full refund of the cost of the puppy ( Shipping cost or traveling expenses are not covered by the Seller ).All Registration papers etc… must be returned with the puppy or no refund will be offered. If your puppy was shipped you the Buyer must pay to have the puppy shipped back to the seller ( within 1 wk ) . We offer a 1 yr Genetic Health Guarantee which is intended for serious life threatening health issues . If found to be the case you will be given another puppy at the time one becomes available ( The Seller has the right to request the return of the puppy ) Seller is not responsible for Any shipping cost or travel expenses at any !! time.
This Health Guarantee does not cover minor health conditions that are common to the breed (s) such as ectropion , cherry eye , elongated soft palate,stenotic nares ( pinched nostrils ),luxated patella that could be the result of injury . Allergies ,internal parasites, dermatitis due in large that some ailments can be brought on due to the environment
THE SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU THE BUYER HAS NEGLECTED TO HAVE YOUR PUPPY EXAMINED BY A LICENSED VETERINARIAN WITHIN THE TIME PERIOD ALLOWED.IF YOU NEGLECTED TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH ALL THE PUPPY VACCANIATIONS , WORMINGS AND VET CHECKS NEEDED, THE GUARANTEE WILL BE VOID.Seller has the right to ask you for vet records if needed for the guarantee.
THE PUPPY WILL NEED APROX 7-10 DAYS (ADJUSTMENT PERIOD) TO ADJUST TO ITS NEW HOME, PEOPLE, CHANGE OF FOOD, WATER ETC... IT IS NOT ABNORMAL FOR A PUPPY TO EXPERINCE SOME (MILD) VOMITING, AND DIARRHEA OR LACK OF APPETITE DUE TO ALL THE NEW CHANGES.
ALL PUPPIES ARE SOLD WITH SHOTS AND WORMINGS UP TO DATE ACCORDING TO AGE. YOU WILL RECEIVE A HEALTH RECORD WITH YOUR NEW PUPPY SHOWING WHAT ALL HE/SHE HAS HAD AT THE TIME.OBTAIN A VET ASAP!!!! TO FOLLOW THRU WITH THE REST OF THE VACANIATIONS AND CHECK UPS NEEDED
Note: Any breeding done with this puppy before the age of 1 yr old will void all !!!! Guarantees and previous agreements made between both the seller & the buyer.
WE DO NOT!! GUARANTEE IN ANY WAY THAT A PUPPY / DOG SOLD WITH FULL REGISTRATION , FOR BREEDER / SHOW , WILL ACTUALLY BE ABLE TO BREED , REPRODUCE OR PLACE IN SHOW .
AT NO TIME IS THE SELLER RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REFUNDING OF VET BILLS ,TRAVELING EXPENSES OR SHIPPING COST (TO OR FROM THE SELLER )
